The Operations Committee of the Objections Committee and under the support of the Human Resources Authority, launched last Monday, the first phase of virtual introductory workshops for the government authorities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi regarding the tasks and procedures of the committee and the developments of its activities and projects, which will extend for three weeks to cover 39 government entities in the emirate.
The Operations Committee of the Objections Committee and under the support of the Human Resources Authority, launched last Monday, the first phase of virtual introductory workshops for the government authorities in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi regarding the tasks and procedures of the committee and the developments of its activities and projects, which will extend for three weeks to cover 39 government entities in the emirate.
These workshops were held under the action plan that aims to introduce the authorities with the work systems of the Objections Committee and dealing mechanism with grievances and complaints submitted by the employees of government authorities. The agenda included a number of topics related to the decision to form the grievance committee and its terms of reference and tasks, and the role, obligations and duties of government authorities that support the decision of formation and works of the committee.
Mr. Mohammed Yousef Al-Zaabi, who is authorized to manage the operations of the Objections Committee, has presented to the representatives of the Human Resources and Legal Affairs Departments in the participating entities a summary about the “Electronic Objections Committee System” project and its objectives, in his capacity as a project manager to be launched at the beginning of next year 2022 to document, manage, examine the incoming requests and grievances and decide on them efficiently and flexibly within a system that enhances the effective communication with customers and aims to implement requests based on the provisions of the Human Resources Law of the Emirate Abu Dhabi and its executive regulations.
Mrs. Mozah Rashid Al-Zaabi, Reporter of the Objections Committee, outlined the appropriate mechanism to submit applications to the Committee and phases through which the applications shall go starting from the submission of the application by filling the form, reviewing the content of the application and verifying that it contained all information, provided that this must be done within the time period specified for the authorities, the application studying phase, issuing the decision, and notifying the employer of the resolution of the objections committee and then notifying the employee (the applicant) of the final resolution of the committee.
In addition, Mr. Saeed Rashid Al-Rashidi from the Technical Support Team at the Human Resources Authority for the "Electronic Objections Committee System" project reviewed the mechanism of dealing with the system as per the roles and powers. And he also explained that there are 5 main sections to each of the applicant, the committee reporter, and the user of the government entity, the person who prepared the study and the members of the committee, as it was provided for the purpose of executing the principle of integration, empowerment and acceleration of procedures in a system supporting the improvement the experience of customers and raising the level of satisfaction of employees and government agencies about the services provided by the Objections Committee in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
