The Human Resources Authority in cooperation with the Statistics Center - Abu Dhabi, organized virtual workshops on the Second and Fourth of November 2021 to launch the "Questionnaire to measure the level of satisfaction of employees remotely working in the Abu Dhabi government" project and define its requirements in the presence of 88 coordinators from 52 government authorities involved in implementation.
This workshop was held within the framework of the Authority’s keenness to follow up its role in supervising and measuring the satisfaction of remote working employees at the government level in the emirate within unified indicators for the human resources pillar, in cooperation with the Statistics Center and the participation of the Department of Economic Development. Where the Authority developed a work methodology and main pillars for the questionnaire to reach accurate readings by measuring the factors affecting the level of satisfaction of remote employees.
Mr. Hamad Al Nuaimi from the Strategic Planning and Performance Management Office in the Authority reviewed the questionnaire file, and provided a full explanation about the objectives, requirements and work mechanism by considering the outcomes of project as one of the most important unified government indicators. The questionnaire discussed three main pillars about the psychological condition, communication, motivation and raising clarifying questions for the individuals' jobs and businesses that qualify them to work remotely.
Mrs. Osha Al-Marar from the Statistics Center provided a detailed explanation of how to fill out the questionnaire fields using a dedicated electronic link. Dr. Jamal Saad Al-Din also explained the calculation mechanism and how to read the outcomes panel that was designed and prepared by the technical team of the Statistics Center.
The workshop discussed the experience of the Department of Economic Development in the experimental implementation phase of the questionnaire. Where Mrs. Huda Al-Muraikhi explained the phases of implementing the questionnaire and the benefits achieved therefrom to the Department.
The workshop concluded its work by identifying the inquiries of attendees and responding to them with adequate information that ensures accurate outcomes to serve the desired objectives of the questionnaire and support the human resources pillars in the unified government indicators in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
