On Thursday, the Strategic Planning and Performance Management Office organized a stakeholder management system workshop, presented by colleague Nojoud Al-Harthy, where she reviewed the importance of involving stakeholders and partners in identifying, understanding and responding to common challenges and issues, providing distinguished and innovative government services, and maintaining sustainable relationships with stakeholders.
On Thursday, the Strategic Planning and Performance Management Office organized a stakeholder management system workshop, presented by colleague Nojoud Al-Harthy, where she reviewed the importance of involving stakeholders and partners in identifying, understanding and responding to common challenges and issues, providing distinguished and innovative government services, and maintaining sustainable relationships with stakeholders.
During the workshop, Al Harthy said that it is important to submit reports and coordinate with stakeholders with the aim of taking common decisions, adopting and implementing measures to improve performance, identifying requirements and needs, framing the relationship to implement action plans, effective communication and continuous education and knowledge to achieve the happiness of all parties.
During the workshop, Al-Harthy called for the importance of cooperation and concerted efforts of all sectors of the Authority to achieve mutual benefit and monitor the added value annually for the growth of business sustainability, and focus and work on spreading the mechanism for managing the stakeholder system and educating employees about it. She also stressed the importance of following up the improvement and development opportunities based on the results of survey of stakeholders (strategic partners, suppliers, dealers, employees) and preparing reports on the effectiveness of cooperation agreements and measuring performance indicators during the last quarter of each year to monitor the effectiveness of the partner.
