Mrs. Amal Al-Jabri, Acting Director General of the Human Resources Authority at the Authority’s Head Office in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, chaired a meeting with the Director of the Objections Committee, Judge Khaled Ahmed Al-Kuwaiti, in the presence of Muhammad Yousef Al-Zaabi, who is supporting the work of the Objections Committee and a number of officials in the Authority to discuss the cooperation frameworks and emphasize the continuity of providing support required to perform the objectives of the Objections Committee and its work and tasks entrusted in accordance with the provisions of the Human Resources Law and its executive regulations, and in application of the Executive Council’s resolution regarding the competence of the Authority to support the works of the Committee in accordance with its requirements.

HE Amal Al-Jabri, Director General of the Human Resources Authority at the Authority’s Head Office in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, chaired a meeting with the Director of the Objections Committee, Judge Khaled Ahmed Al-Kuwaiti, in the presence of Muhammad Yousef Al-Zaabi, who is supporting the work of the Objections Committee and a number of officials in the Authority to discuss the cooperation frameworks, and emphasize the continuity of providing support required to perform the objectives of the Objections Committee and its work and tasks entrusted in accordance with the provisions of the Human Resources Law and its executive regulations, and in application of the Executive Council’s resolution regarding the competence of the Authority to support the works of the Committee in accordance with its requirements.

The meeting was held to perform the legislations regulating the employee’s relationship with the government authority where he works, and to provide a safe and healthy work environment that motivates the employee to perform his work in accordance with the approved strategies as one of the important elements in the production process, and to achieve the justice and job satisfaction in accordance with the provisions regulating the rights and duties of the employee on one hand, and the obligations of the government authority on the other hand, through working closely with the competent Objections Committee taking into account the grievances of the employees of government authorities in the emirate.

The meeting discussed a number of future projects for the Objections Committee, and developed the cooperation frameworks with the Authority in preparation for launching a number of workshops and lectures aimed at educating government authorities and its employees about the tasks and procedures of the Objections Committee. It should be noted that during the year 2021, the Objections Committee reviewed 114 applications submitted by Abu Dhabi government’s employees, and issued 107 decisions to date. Further, Mr. Mohammed Yousef Al Zaabi confirmed that the Objections Committee is working on studying, examining and deciding on complaints and grievances submitted to it in accordance with the decision issued by the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi to form it in April 2020 in accordance with Law No. (6) of 2016 regarding the human resources in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, chaired by the judge. Khaled Ahmed Al-Kuwaiti, and the following members: Khaled Muhammad Matar Al-Kaabi, Fatima Muhammad Mujren Al-Marar, Saeed Ali Obaid Al-Fazari, Suhail Rashid Al-Niyadi, Raja Al-Dosari, Mishaal Ahmed Musa Al-Hamli and Moza Ali Al-Zaabi as a reporter.
